ODE marks 5th anniversary since opening of Taiwan office

This month marks the 5th anniversary of the opening of ODE’s Taiwan office in Taipei. The Taipei office was launched in 2017 to provide dedicated services to the Taiwanese energy industry as it aims to install 5.6 GW of offshore wind by 2025.

Across its five years of operation, the Taiwan office has become an integrated part of the local supply chain, recruiting personnel in managerial, project and administrative roles and delivering major contracts for the Formosa 1 and 2 and Hai Long offshore wind farms.

The Taipei office opening marked the beginning of ODE’s presence in the APAC region. Since 2017, ODE has established further offices in the region in Japan, Korea, and Vietnam.

With a strong service offering including owner’s engineering, project management, detailed engineering, and due diligence, ODE looks forward to collaborating with clients both new and established in Taiwan and realising Taiwan’s offshore wind ambitions.
