International engineering and technical service provider Offshore Design Engineering Ltd (ODE) has been selected as the Owner’s Engineer for Vena Energy’s 384 MW Yokji offshore wind farm in South Korea. This is one in a recent series of similar awards for ODE who are now supporting over 1GW of offshore wind projects in Korea as Owner’s Engineer.

ODE Asset Management celebrates First Gas with IOG from the Blythe field

ODE Asset Management Ltd (ODE AM), as Installation and Pipeline Operator on behalf of IOG plc (IOG), is pleased to note the confirmation of first gas from the Blythe field in the Southern North Sea. ODE chosen as engineering contractor for AWC Demonstration Project

International engineering and technical service provider Offshore Design Engineering Ltd (ODE) has been selected by AWC Technology Ltd to oversee the concept and pre-FEED works for the AWC Demonstration Project.
The AWC Demonstration Project is centred on the continued development of the Articulated Wind Column technology, or AWC, a floating foundation suitable for wind turbines in deep-water areas with depths of between 80 and 250m. Following the project’s recent grant award of over £750,000 from the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, ODE has been selected as engineering contractor to support the maturation of the AWC concept into a commercially viable technology. > Read More
